Practice/Selections Policy for Fall 2007
The coaches and captains have come up with a policy for determining how selections are made. We have tried to make the selections criteria much more transparent so that from match to match, each player should have an idea of why or why not they were selected for a given position.
Selection criteria for this season will based on attitude, positional requirements, individual player ability, and practice attendance. If you have any questions about the new policy, you can direct them to any of the coaches or captains.
Inclement Weather
Always check your email and the hotline (703-715-6888) for the latest changes/updates to match and practice locations/times, especially if conditions are or have been wet.
Also, choose a FITNESS plan and do the work; show respect for yourself and your teammates by giving it your all!
